At Parkfield Angling Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
